Jelly Babies (3 months to 2 years)
Welcome to the Jelly Babies Room.
Our warm and welcoming room is split into three different areas. We have the peaceful sleep room where the babies can go to sleep and rest, all in individual cots or mats on the floor depending on their needs.
We have the home corner and exploring area where there are lots of books and a tepee as well as the sensory boxes.
Then we have the small world and physical area where we can enhance the curiosity about the world around us as well as build on their physical development.
Each child is provided with a small daily diary and a Learning Journey. The diaries allow us to let you know about our child’s day and vice versa. The Learning Journeys follow your child through the nursery and are filled with lots of observations and photographs of their time with us and allow us to track their development to ensure they are reaching their targets in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Please see below the daily routine for the baby room.
