We retain your data as long as is necessary for the purposes of your contract. For potential clients who do not enter a contract with us, your data is immediately removed from our database as soon as you express your desire not continue your relationship with us. For clients who do enter a contract with us, we retain your basic data (name, address and certification) for up to 10 years for the purposes of ensuring you have access to your certification if required in the future. You can request this data is deleted at any time and we will comply.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
